What dates & times does First Friday Milwaukie run?
First Friday Milwaukie begins May 2, 2025 and runs through October 3, 2025. **There is NO JULY event due to it falling on Independence Day**
The event always begins at 5PM and ends at 8PM with events on May 2, June 6, NO JULY EVENT, August 1, Sept 5, October 3.

Where is First Friday Milwaukie located this year?
First Friday Milwaukie has reorganized, and we're excited to share our new format:
We will be highlighting sections of blocks each month, as we make our way from the South Downtown Plaza all the way to North Main Street where City Hall is located.
Check back for maps and information for each month!
May 2 - South Downtown Plaza - across from USPS on Main St
June 6 - SE Main St @ the intersection of SE Jefferson St
How do I get there?
What's the best way to get to First Friday Milwaukie?
Due to some partial road closures for the event, we always recommend using TriMet transit via bus or lightrail. The Orange line drops right into downtown Milwaukie.
Likewise, cycling down SE 17th or using Milwaukie's Trolley Trail is a great way to access downtown Milwaukie without using a car!
However, if you are driving, OR-99E & SE McLoughlin Blvd, as well as OR-224/Milwaukie Expressway, will both drop you into downtown Milwaukie along many routes. There is also a helpful TriMet Park & Ride just a short walk from all of the festivities downtown.
You could even float in on your SUP, boat or kayak via the Milwaukie Bay Park!
